This space is for fathers raising children with disabilities. For dads going through something big, raw, and life-changing.

I’m Kirby Rabalais. I’m a dad, a husband, and the founder of Got4titude. When our son Harley was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition, my world flipped upside down. I felt overwhelmed, angry, heartbroken, and completely alone.

Eventually, I started sharing what I was going through. That’s when everything started to shift.

Now, I write and speak honestly about what happens after the diagnosis. The grief, the pressure, the sacred moments of joy. The kind of stuff most people don’t talk about.

I also share tools, mindset shifts, and spiritual practices that have helped me get back up and keep going. And I invite other dads to do the same.

Because you don’t have to figure this out alone.

If you’re looking for a place where it’s okay to feel everything and still hold onto hope, you’re in the right spot.
